They're the publishers, not the developers. Just because it's published by Chillingo, doesn't mean it's gonna be full with IAPS. I've played a few games published by Chillingo that had no IAP whatsoever.

Anyways, I'll definitely be picking this game up

There are indeed IAPs, but we made them as a way to help player. There are no annoying messages forcing you to spend "gold", no notifications saying it's time to buy some IAPs, nothing like that.
You don't need to buy anything to enjoy the game to the fullest.

Its out now, really great game, the visuals are so crisp and stunning.

Its the closest thing to super meat boy you'll find imo, even ahead of League of Evil.

It definately needs more recognition, my only gripe though is the controls can be finicky, I really hope the dev reads this and adds virtual buttons instead of just the 'slider' joystick
