Another update on our toucharcade Dev Log!

We've just finished adding expressions to the baddies. Now the frown when they are hit and have a dead face as well.



The commander has an extra facial expression for his cowardly run.

Right now I'm working on UI stuff. Before I began I kinda wanted to get a sense of the true color pallete of the first stages so I exprerimented a bit the the tones of the scene.

Getting the right colors can be dificult, especially because there's no such a thing as the right colors, only ones you like more than others...



I wonder if the above pic will destroy the Forum's layout :P

Well, this is it for today. Really wanted to show you some moving pictures. Gotta render out some trully bloody scenes.

Just updating with a small video test we made for the beheading of a Grunt. Now you know why we call it Bloody Epic :P

Here's the latest screenshot of our upcoming game. We're hard at work tweaking and testing right now.

We still haven't decided on the name so we are asking gamers what would they like it to be. We narrow it down to 5 choices.

It's almost here! 5 months of hard work and pixelated blood!

It's been a long time brewing but if all goes well Bloody Epic should reach the Appstore and Google Play later next week!




We want to share with you some new pics from the game. IT'S SO CLOSE! We are so exited. There's so much we didn't get to show you guys and gals, but we've been very very busy. We're only a 2 people




Oh, so just that you know, this boss fight is kinda hard :P Bloody is all of it hard. Pretty hard some times. So if you want casual you can go get yourself a bubble popper or a gem matching game. We made this for tough gamers that don't play those pathetic games (when anyone is watching at least)

I feel the ios platform is missing those hardcore games. Where it takes 50 tries to best a boss. My favorite games of all time is ninja gaiden one and two for the Xbox. I must have played a couple of those bosses 100 times. But it was so much fun to jump back in there and not give up. There really hasnot been a game like that on the ios yet. Shadowgun on the hardest difficulty gave me some trouble.
