After Commander Pixman I liked to create something different. So here it comes: Matchblocks. Similar to color Tetris at first look, but this is totally different game with completely different gameplay. I think you never played something like this before.

Commander Pixman is one of my favourite games on iOS, and while I'd love to play a sequel I will definitely get this game to support the dev.

I really like the game. Unique gameplay.
You know what I would like ?
1- A longer timer before dying when a block is out of the screen
2- A visual feedback of how much remaining for the block out of screen timer
3- Not sure if I'm right or not, but sometimes I feel the gameover is unfair, a bug in the timer? Or maybe this is because I can't clearly see the blocks that are just above the line, and don't realize soon enough I'm in danger.
[edit] Oh I see now why I have this feeling, I didn't realize you have only one minute to play. But... WHY? give us an infinite mode, your game will get *much* more addicitive this way.

Most of your feedback should be in the first update that will be submitted most probably even today Especially better visual feedback of how much time remaining for the block out of screen.

And it seems you have played free version only In full version you have 4 game modes and definitely all of them are infinite. I will also include game mode from "Arcade" version as well in the paid version.

Ah OK . It was not clear that the 60" limitation is due to the lite version. And more over the buy/upgrade button is not easy enough to find IMO. You might miss a few sales here.
My advice is to update the lite version and to show the "Get more" screen each time the game is over because of the 60" limitation.

Game Impressions

Matchblocks Arcade is a great gateway drug. Damn compelling but you just want MORE, which, of course, is the whole point, well done.

So having gotten the full version, I already have one annoyance. Since the key to unlocking the next mode after Classic is to reach level 7 in Classic, why not display the current level somewhere on screen? I mean, heck, even the level ups just say, "Level Up" with no indication of which level you are on now. Sure, if I pause the game I can see the level but this is just not an ideal system, nor something I would have the liberty of doing when things are really crazy on screen!

I love how, in the chaos, you might be concentrating on clearing one block and out of the corner of your eye you catch that you've already marked out two thirds of another block you hadn't even noticed previously. You need to therefore quickly switch your focus the second you've cleared your first block to one you may already be a ways into and finish it off or all of that coincidental labor would be for naught.

Great minimalistic fun so far!
