But, more importantly, the game isn't smooth on my iPad 2! I see the enemies jumping from point to point, instead of moving in one continuous motion. I really never believed I'd live to say when a game stutters on my iPad 2...but yeah this is the first. I really hope its not my device is incapable anymore, and just that the dev didn't do a decent job performance wise on the iPad 2. (PS: This isn't a game breaker but its pretty noticeable to me)

Otherwise, career mode reminds me a lot of Riptide GP.

Wow... Now I'm kinda worried... Anyone else with an iPad 2 run this thing yet? If I remember correctly, Jujubee's last game, Suspect In Sight had some frame rate issues in the ipad2 when it first came out as well... I could be very wrong though, so don't hold me to that. =o/

Don't worry guys, the game is very smooth on the iPad 2. I guess this has something to do with defred34's device, maybe restarting it would help? Anyway on our iPad 2 the game has solid 30fps, so it should be just fine .

Ok will try rebooting and report back. But like I said earlier, this is really the first game which has got a noticeable performance issue framerate wise on the iPad 2! And I've basically played all the hardcore intensive 3D games out there on the tablet.

Ok, just rebooted. I will correct myself - the framerate isn't a problem...but there is some stuttering every couple of seconds. Nothing at all running in the BG.

Can someone with an iPad 2 (old model, 32 GB WiFi) verify this same issue?

PS: This sort of breaks my momentum. So while the visuals are good, I don''t really have the urge to play it. And oh...IAPs! But I don't know how bad they are here frankly.

As for videos, tomorrow we plan to post a gameplay trailer that should present in general all current racingtracks, ships, and some other stuff, but obviously a lot more is coming!

Glad to hear the framerate is good. We tested the game on iPads 2 and our testers as well (on 10 iPad 2s to be exact) and they did not have any issue with stuttering. Anyway if something like this happens again we will look into it.

Expecting a knock on the door from some copyright lawyers? Looks like a shameless ripoff to me and I don't get why people seem so positive about that.

Maybe I'll be proved wrong, but otherwise I won't be giving any money to this.
