Sucks indeed!

It worked seamlessly with plus+ so I'm really hoping now that you find the same with GC. I would say just make sure you're logged in with the same Apple ID and have opened up GC, and then it should make the connection when you open PF.

Oh Nirtew, so sorry to hear.

Transferring hopefully should be easy. From NimbleBit support site:

Version 2.0+ uses Game Center for backups. If you had PF 2.0+ installed on your previous device and were playing logged into Game Center you just need to install the app from the app store and login to your Game Center account. After connecting to Game Center it will attempt to load your latest saved game. Please allow a few minutes for the prompt to come up.

Thanks, dean for that Nimble Bit answer. I'll try that when I get home. I'm pretty sure it will work. I know for instance that my iPod has my Game Center account.
