Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed looks great:
Low bandwidth Version | Pop Up It was released on EU PSN by mistake and was then pulled. No word on release date in the US yet. |

first, sony always said that vita is almost as powerful as ps3, so at least we can say that this device can hold a console graphics quality. but what i see on that video its just an iphone/ ipad quality from last year 2011, no real time shadow, no dynamic lighting, no cars reflection, no particle dust, lens glare, blur effect, gloomy effect that we get from the ps3 version. man that was a lot to sacrifice from a device that sony mentioned "close" to its big brother. second, this is not the first time, nfsmw also suffer from from the same problem(no lens glare) and wrc3. well, i guess im stick with iphone game now since i got iphone 5 and there's a lot of games are coming today. maybe they optimized it next year, maybe not, who knows. at this point if sony decide to release ps vita 2, ill buy it just to get all those graphics juice from ps3 version. compare : Low bandwidth Version | Pop Up ps. @squarezero, i think you win dude, im back to iphone gaming, for now, well at least until sony release something like uncharted or ACL in the near future. ![]() Edit: Wait, NFSMW on Vita doesn't have lens flare? Did I play a different game from you? I thought the lens flare in NFSMW was almost excessive... Last edited by Haruhi; 12-05-2012 at 07:22 PM.. |

Honestly, I can't really see a huge difference between the PS3 and Vita versions of Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed. Looks better than almost any iOS game I can think of. Last edited by tygamr; 12-06-2012 at 12:42 AM.. |

Unrealistic to expect current console graphics that's not to say the Vitas not an awesome bit of hardware it is as far as I'm concerned sony did everything right except for the memory cards and unchangeable battery.
Like I said a page ago I think the amount of storage space used for games is a big limitation (made worse by Sony charging developers by filesize on PSN) although I'm sure eventually that will get better with bigger cards etc I also think the PS3/360 have been about for long enough that developers know how to get the absolute best out of them, so even if the Vita was equal in power games still wouldn't be as pretty. |

Now iPad 4 have the better GPU then Vita, do you think companies like Gameloft can catch it in graphics?
