I hope so. I submitted a "General - Other" ticket myself. While I could state the Apple ID used I couldn't state the exact date as it no longer shows up in my Purchase History. I also forgot to add it was $4.99 via the US AppStore.

What's happening with refunds, submitted tickets days ago now and not even had a response to say that my ticket has been received or is being processed?

We've replied to all the tickets now, if there is still any issue, please PM us your ticket number and we'll take a look for you

All my support to you guys, you made a great game. It just needed a little more polish and to switch it to Game Center for online multiplayer.

I didn't get a reply to my ticket, gone through apple instead to get my money back

Did anyone get a refund from Apple. I submitted a report but never got a refund.
