While it's still on sale, is there any reason to pick up iElectribe instead of DM1? Korg don't seem to be in any hurry to update it (or iMS-20) with background audio, virtual MIDI or retina.

Yea. Not many multitrack recording apps available at launch tho, Loopy and Multitrack DAW. But others like Wavemachine with Auria etc are working on it, so January will probably see lots more Audiobus apps!

I really hope Korg will jump on this so we can use their synths internal effects with other apps.

Looking at the app launch list I got all except jamup pro version and sir sampleton. Weee!
Edit: Bought the pro version of JamUp on sale for 10 bucks, it works quite good as a modular effects unit in Audiobus for any kind of synth/drummachine really. Not just guitars.

Anyone tried sir sampleton? Is it more like a sir simpleton? LOL at the epic trailer tho: http://youtu.be/27BkLBySDX0


Edit: By the way a tip, if you get JamUp XT the free version you get a few effects you can use with other apps for free!
