Why does it support game center yet has no achievements or leader boards ? Was that just to trick people that like to have game center into buying your games now.

Worst dev ever...

First they promise updates but its been 1 year and nothing.

Second they remove the game of the App Store.

Paid $3 for the iPad version. Is there no way to get a refund? Are devs even allowed to rip people off like this?

Default What happened to Trenches II?

The first Trenches was one of the best strategy games on iOS from like 2009-2010. Then it got removed after Trenches II came out.

Trenches II was plagued with bugs and the devs promised updates. One year later, no such updates happened but now the original Trenches is back on the App Store, however Trenches II has been removed

http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=116489

I never seen this happen on the App Store before or with any of the hundred of games/apps I downloaded.

Are devs allowed to just remove a game without any reason?

If it weren't for EA this game would have been fixed and still on the AppStore.

Totally agree.

I don't know much about App Store policy but this just doesn't seem right.

I think I even paid $3 for the iPad version...and now I can't download it anymore?

As of December of 2012, the contract with Electronic Arts is over and Thunder Game Works returns to its indie roots and retaking over the Trenches IP. The first step is reviving Trenches and bringing new and exciting updates to Trenches 2, including new campaigns.

Electronic Arts, being a large corporation, didnít have the infrastructure for quick updates to respond to player feedback, so we opted to end the contract so that we could focus on quicker updates and communicate with the player community, which was previously managed by Electronic Arts.

And there will be a lot more news from us soon on some upcoming projects!

So yes, Trenches II is temporarily unavailable. We are doing what we can to make this right for the players. You will NOT need to pay again.
