Good marketing idea - Get user to submit their email inside your app

Email marketing is still where it's at.
Having an email submission box on your website is a good idea. But I think putting it directly in your app is a great way to build your list.

I don't see this tactic being employed much in games. However, I did find an example:



When you press NEWS you'll be taken to an email submission page:


My question is: Does anybody know how to do this using popular email marketing services like aweber and mailchimp? I'm still pretty amateur at this whole programming thing.
