Searching PC game like moden combat 3/4

Im searching for a good shooter for the pc with desame elements as modern combat 3/4.
meaning a multiplayer mode with alot of different gametypes like holding the flag capture the flag hold areas ect. And with levelling up and gaining money to get better gear.

Is there a good one?
