Just joined Aralon

New player here, can some1 please explain what the number on the weapon's attack speed mean?

This great sword had 1.9 on it and a dagger with 1.0 on it... I assume daggers are meant to be faster than swords but why would the speed be lower!?

Btw the team and tag info below is for the Street Fighter volts app, not relevant to this post lol
