There could possibly be an option for tap to move but Having played the original Chinese version, I can confirm that this has dual/twin sticks.

You must have played with twin sticks. think the typical gameloft game, left stick to move and right stick for main attack.

If you've watched the trailer on the first page it isn't too difficult to work out the control scheme.

It's actually a fixed analog stick and virtual buttons...not twin sticks.
