Excuse my ignorance, but how is the computer programmed to cheat? Also, a good game mode would be a "challenge" mode where you can create your own difficulty. Like if I wanted to spot the other team a 30 point lead then this would be a mode where I could do that. Harder the challenge, the more XP you earn. Would definitely add to the replay-ability. Edit: forgot to mention a bug. This games ability to play your own music in the background is all sorts of messed up.
Sometimes it seems like your opponent's players use their special abilities more often than possible. Shorter cooldowns. That's the only thing I've noticed.

Minor glitch: sometimes ill be running forward and shoot a fireball or ice ball and my guy turns around on his own and shoots it behind him (even when I don't direct him that way). They should always shoot out whichever direction you have the player facing. Also, it seems like the whirling fire kick is extremely weak compared to whirling ice kick, perhaps those should be evened out a little more.
