Finally Apple called us after about a month and it's not the best news. The update crashes on their iPhone 3G running 3.0 OS and it's been rejected

+1, what a joke. God forbid they would require an email address with the app and *gasp* send an email notifying you of rejection and the reason. Nah...that would take 30 extra seconds and a 1/4 of a brain.

It took them a f**king month to realize that? If I was a reviewer for apps, I'd be biased to the quality apps and approve their stuff faster than the crap apps. That's what they should do.
