There aren't many games that I actually "regret" getting because they are all very low priced and a couple of plays usually gets it "close" to worth it. But here are some games that i bought and then took off the phone pretty quickly...

Fighter Pilot - Dogfight (after a few tries I just gave up)
iDefend (there were just better games so I took this one off)
LED Basketball (liked the football, not so much the basketball)
Paper Football (seemed like I scored on every shot -- boring)
Radius (another game that bored me quickly)
Aurora Feint (I was expecting Puzzle Quest -- didn't get it)

But really, I've got about 50 games and have still spent less than two games for my DS (that I never use anymore)... you can't beat that...

My biggest regrets:
Mote-M just plain boring
Bugdom 2 gets old fast
SMB -good game just dont play it much anymore
Same as above for crash kart

I have to add Besiegement to the list. The usability is so horrible and the graphics are so tiny, that I just have no fun at all playing it.

Super Monkey Ball. Because no matter how badly I want to play it, it crashes when I launch it :x
