I've mentioned this game a ton of times, but pock up Catball Eats All!

You play as a cat, a particularly round one (you can unlock more cats w/stars you earn in the game). Who rolls, bounces, and inflates around and through a circular world, eating everything and getting fatter in the process; eventually getting fat enough to eat the world. Kinda like a 2D Katamari Damacy.

Cat-Nabbing Zombies is fun, but it might be a little intense for a 7 year old. Depends on the 7 year old, though. I have a 5 year old nephew that thinks it's the best thing ever.
