These look to be effective. But which one to choose?

Does anyone have a list of the different services, their costs and their effectiveness please?

Most keep their costs private and only share after some sort of QC on their end has been done. We've only contacted a very few for price quotes (and even less returned our email - Don't get me started on Customer Service these days...)

I've made the document I did public for anyone to see. There's 20 listed here. Feel free to add more. The few with prices listed are what was quoted to us at first.

No problem at all. I'll keep it updated every time I poke around for more ideas (but it won't be often... maybe 2-3 times per year).

It's public and anyone can make changes if you want to add or update some that are listed.
