Sorry it took so long to get the update out! The update got stuck in the Apple review process, but finally it's live. The changelog:

What's New in Version 1.0.1
Attention commanders! The HQ provided you with updated combat software to make your battles more enjoyable!

What's New in Version 1.0.1:

* Significantly decreased memory consumption which should give you more stability and better performance.
* You can now see effects coming from equipped items.
* Most of the important in-game events will now be communicated via in-game messaging console, so you will have more control over your base, army and alliance (defensive boosts/donations/alliance movements/production/buildings/epic attacks).
* Fixed the epic and defense log issues you've been experiencing (the old messages will be updated on first launch of the updated software).
* Global chat will no longer erase its history after reloading the base.
* Added a lot of new combat sounds which will make your enemies tremble.
* Improved the special effects in battle.
* Altered some of the buildings to make your bases look better.
* Resolved the problem which created discrepancies between available loot and looted resources during battle.
* Revenges and second revenges will not disconnect you from the servers anymore.
* The active support systems will notify you about your base status when you're offline (note that you can turn them off via your device settings).
* Troops levels are now properly marked with stars (one star per level).
* Added additional information to the help section.
* Building walls will now properly grant you experience points.
* You should be seeing more targets with more available loot.

Default Unbalanced

Its a very addictive fun game but a bit unbalanced. For example : a player with 2000 medals should NOT be able to attack a player with 600 medals. Because he got better troops and highest bunker.

Default Allies in war

Its a great game. Although some things that could make it better would be that when your in an alliance that you can pass oil and ammo to team mates. When you go to attack and you drop troops they should shoot at anything that is shooting at them. The price for protection should go back to where it was its way to expensive now. Other then those few things the game is great.
