Puzzle mode is like a lot of others (tiki totems, etc.), where you try to eliminate all the blocks in a tower without everything tumbling down, to get a specific block safely to the floor. However this one is in 3d and makes good use of it. you'll need to spin the camera around the tower and really think about which block(s) should go next. If you get the dude in the cage to the bottom safely and eliminate all other blocks you win the level, with a banana bonus based on whether the banana balls fell off the edge or not. The new arcade mode could be a totally separate game, and I haven't played anything like it before... There is a tower of blocks to the left and right, with your dude sitting in a ball on a rail across the top of the towers. You have to break blocks to angle the rail to have your guy dodge enemies and collect points tokens that are constantly falling, and you gotta be fast enough to not hit the top of the auto-scrolling screen. Basically you are getting two quality games in one, for free. Recommended! You throw balls at the blocks to take them out, and there's lots of different fun level ideas. I only recently took it off my ipad after a year or more...
