So I guess the question is whether or not this will play anything different to what imame4all allows.... Is there an online guide that could point us in the right way of getting the full benefit of this app?

I'd also like to know how to use this app to its fullest. Is there some button combo to access an options menu? Do I need to use iExplorer to get mame games into this app? Please help! Thanks.

There's a link on the first page which takes you to the devs page which explains a lot

I can't see anything there. I might add that I had the first cheeky release of MAME but lost it when I lost a PC hard drive. I just need to know how to unlock this to its full potential, side loading roms will not be a problem.

Thanks! Got it working! This update has working cheats not present in the original iMame released to the appstore.

I'm so confused. I checked the dev page but I'm still a bit lost. If someone could just point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.

Hope this helps: Open gridlee and run it once. Use iExplorer to get to "com.seluco.gridlee". Open documents folder. Open roms folder. Copy roms of your choice to roms folder. Close iExplorer. Open gridlee. See menu of roms! Smile and enjoy!

DOH! I was totally over thinking it.Sometimes the devs make it too easy for us.

This is brilliant by the way, a big improvement over the original. I have to go and play with the dip switches now, I want blood goddammit! :D

Damn. Done all this and no Roms are showing up. I tried both as a ZIP and as a NES and nothing. Help?

Ifunbox is free. Iexplorer is no longer free and is a limited demo. Get ifunbox instead.

Can I use something else than iExplorer? I really don't wanna pay $4.99 for it.

Also I can't find iFunbox in the appstore

Mame doesn't do nes or snes emulation it only does arcade machines. Mame = multi arcade machine emulator

partially wrong pal... there's a Nintendo Super System Bios rom that should run some SNES games, like Contra 3, Addams Family, Robocop 3, etc (all in roms also), but doesn't work at the moment...
someone here could try to run them?
