I am stuck on level 17 (the one where you have to raise $3,000 in oil). Does anyone have any tips or strategies to beat this level?
Try a couple of snipers in the upper high bit near the middle. But only after you've spammed engineers along the run of beaches to take the nearest two batchs of oil rigs.
