reason to explain Pricing modeul is Apple became more money hungry

for what reason Ipad mini is cheaper than Ipad 2? same screen and chip, better camera but cheaper price?
It's because Apple don't want give us cheaper Ipad 2.
The price should be ipad 4 > new ipad > ipad mini > Ipad 2
Ipad 4 is 499 bucks, so new ipad should be like 399.
but they take the new ipad off, then they can ask for more money.
