If you haven't played in a while, give the game another shot! The new update adds a lot of new things that were suggested here and in other reviews and I think it makes the game a lot more enjoyable to play.
I'll be reinstalling presently. Looking forward to trying out the new stuff. Is Game Center still being implemented at some point?
Yeah, after I'm confident that the game is well balanced. I want to make those changes before implementing Game Center.
Yeah man! 1.3 just came out, and the changelog is huge. I've added a whole bunch of new balancing changes, a full music soundtrack, visual themes that let you change the appearance of the pieces, and local daily high scores so you have something to work for each day. I can say with confidence that this is a much better game now, and if you haven't picked it up in a while I'd really urge you to give it another chance.
Kings & Corpses 1.3 is out now! Hello everyone, Several months ago I released a game called Kings & Corpses. It wasn't all that well received, but I took the feedback that everyone gave me and put it towards updating the game to make it better for everyone. The game now is much more balanced, has a full music soundtrack by Mangadrive, and has themes that allow you to change the look of the game. The game is on the App Store now for $1.99: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/kings-corpses/id897817055?mt=8 Here's a new gameplay video that explains what the game is and how it's played: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhKtuTIaESk&feature=youtu.be The soundtrack can be found on my Bandcamp page: https://mguniverse.bandcamp.com/releases And lastly, here is some screenshots of the game:
Each move you make increases your score. After five turns, you can turn one of your pawns into a knight. The knight revert turn zombies back into pawns, and if you manage to cure every zombie on the board your score is doubled. The best way to boost your score is to survive with the zombies for as long as possible, and eventually curing the final zombie to double your final score.
Definitely a nice update man. This game is a great concept. I beg of you, please add more rows. It's still just too cramped.
