I am setting up a new ipod, and I have more apps (mostly games) than there are screens, are these apps still on there? I have a whole folder system I need to set up, and I am wondering if the apps on non existent pages slide over once you clear space.
The apps on nonexistent pages don't show up until you sync again. But you can make folders when you're managing apps in itunes.
They are on there - you can use the spotlight search feature to find and launch them if you know roughly what they're called (but not to move or delete the icons) And you don't have to sync to see the missing ones if you're sorting them out; a simple restart (of device or springboard) fills in any empty spaces with the next alphabetically available app.
