Which video soft use to create a demo video of a game in portrait mode?

I want to integrate a background like this:

And play the video in place of the screen.

You could do it in most high end packages.

If you have creative cloud then premiere might be a good option?

Ok I will see with Adobe Premiere. I have bought iMovie HD and I cannot use it easily because I must convert my video made with fraps... (13€ lost)

I try AVS Editor and manage successfully to do PIP, but when I record my game session I have a 60 fps. AVS reduce to 30fps and now game video seems to lag.

The software I used was screenflow to record the app being used in the simulator, it even allow you to change the mouse cursor to a more touch friendly looking circle. Then I dropped it into final cut and motion, just to edit it and add finishing touches. But you can easily use premiere and after effects for the same stuff.
