    Racing: Arcade vs Simulated

First state which type of racer (arc or sim) you prefer for the idevice, and state why.
Arcade: nitro, excessive drifting, etc (e.g. Asphalt 5)
Simulated: you have an accelerator and brakes. (e.g. Real Racing)

Pick one of the racers in the poll or select other, being your favorite of course.

Then if it's not too much trouble provide a short synopsis (few words or a sentence) on the following aspects of the racer:
    -graphics
    -handling (controls, responsiveness)
    -gameplay (AI difficulty, replayability, etc.)
-special (whatever made it stand out in any way)

Thanks for your time if you decided to participate.

Disclaimer: I own all the racers, so no this does not belong in the 'What should I get?" thread. This is merely to spark some discussion, and selfishly for my own purposes to an extent. No there is not another thread like this with all the new racers included.

When choosing other on the poll, make sure it falls under the arc/sim catagories: no future racers, kart racers, offroad racers, motorcycle racers, etc.

The thread concerns orthodox racers like the ones stated above.

This is supposed to only concern onroad sim and arc racers.
    No offroad, kart, futuristic racers..:\

You posted "our opinions" on which type of racer we prefer and why?

No disrespect but if JCS doesn't deserve a spot from "my" opinion as a racer (time trials, ghost races, etc...) then I say you need to be a little more specific in your opening post. That's my opinion...Thank you. ;)

    Orthodox:
Just cars and laps. No heavy influence on stunt driven gameplay.

It's an iPhone classic. Used to be the best until Need for Speed: Undercover came out.

Yeah and I noticed You edited your OP after we answered our questions. Thats like changing the rules in the middle of a game(That adds fail imho), whatever; if thats the case then I say GT Racing.

GT Racing for the iDevice is a sim done right so far in my opinion. It has a huge amount of content, tracks, control options, multiplayer, etc.

If I could add to that game; it would be just customization cosmetically to the car(s) so I can tailor them to my preference (more colrs, body work, body kits, decals, etc.)

    I still voted other... ;)

I'm a little in between Need For Speed: Shift and GT Racing: Motor Academy right now, but I think I will have to go for Need for Speed Shift for two main reasons: The first reason being the graphics. The graphics in Need For Speed: Shift entirely beat out those of GT Racing: Motor Academy's. The one thing that I really hated about GT Racing: Motor Academy's graphics were the simple fact of how bad the draw distance is (Although Gameloft updated the graphics.:D What a suprise:p The other thing that made me vote for Need For Speed: Shift was the gameplay. For some reason, the hybrid mix between a sim and a racer was just way more fun:D The reason I was a little bit in between at first was simply because there is so much to do in GT Racing: Motor Academy. I still vote for Shift though.

GT racing for me, a good sim with a good career mode and IMO the best available for the platform. Real Racing was good, but it lacked a real career mode and is basically the defining difference between the two, even though RR has the better graphics.

GTR as a sim. It has the best physics hands down, and graphics are okay. Probably most content too.

Real racing as a sim/arcade. It has great graphics and pretty solid physics that are not to complicated but fun nevertheless.

Yes. The graphics of GT Racing is terrible. It also has annoying pop-up issues, which the recent update has minimised them, but they are still occasionally there,
