Hi I was wondering does the ADs on this website pay you by clicking on them or the amount of views. I ask because I would like to help this website out as it helped me .If its by clicking I dont mind helping out . Thanks for your time in reading this.
That's great that you want to support TouchArcade, but think about what you just suggested. If it was pay per click, you'd bring in more money for TouchArcade by clicking ads, but at the expense of mostly indie developers who have a hard enough time making money. If it was pay per view, clicking wouldn't give any benefit to anyone. Maybe you could reload the page really quickly to help out. Again, that would waste the advertising dollars of developers. Anyway, the ads are not charged by clicks.
