My guess

You have to get the rain cloud to cover up the sun and the white cloud to cover up the moon maybe?

 

You have to use clouds to block certain rays and or moon power things from reaching earth???

 

The white cloud has to (crash/crush) in the moon, and the black cloud has to (crash/crush) in the sun...

Or... YOu have to get the white cloud chasing the moon, and the moon will try to run away, and you have to get the black cloud to chase the sun, and the sun will be running away...

 

You have to get the clouds away from sunny and baldy so they can make the plants grow.

 

Opposites Attract. Try to get the Sun and the moon together while dodging the clouds?

Or try to get the clouds together without having the clouds disappear?

 

Second Guess: You have to steer the black clouds ( usually at night) towards the Sun before it goes down and vice versa.

Get hit by a black cloud accidentaly with the sun and get hit with a white cloud by accident with Baldy. IDK if this has to happen multiple clouds but if it was it would probably show more clouds than one.

 

You have to get the wrong weathers/clouds together.

 

Have the white cloud at night, and the black cloud by day?

 

You have to match the moon with the black cloud and match the sun with the white cloud.

 

You have to get the dark clouds while the sun is out and the white clouds while the moon is out.

 

Put the black cloud witht the white cloud and the the sun with the moon.

 

You have to block the sun with the white clouds and block the moon with the black clouds.

 

Probably they found they're love the white has a passion for the moon and the black for the sun
