Could someone help clarify something for me. I just bought the game before the patch hit and after reading the patch notes, I'm slightly confused. I've got an hour into the game, should I delete and just start over or will I be ok when doing a second play-through ?

Updated earlier haven't tried it yet though so no idea what's new as yet. Really like this game though and hopefully it's for the better.
