From what we have seen and experienced, Freyr knows how to do freemium right. If the freemiumness is anywhere clise to the first Star Warfare, this game will rock. My only concern is the same i had with the first Star Warfare. The inability to play with anyone around the world as the game servers seem to be by region.
Does look good Do they have an english twitter feed ? The one on their website is in chinese (and doesnt seem to be updated much) Some of the english in the video looks quite bad but its just the text talking about the game not in the game itself Game looks brilliant, would love to know more about this like a release date or an english twitter feed Had a look at their website, needs a lot of work, recent news is from 2011, the forum seems terrible as well. What do you mean by "skirting copyright law"? You did notice that both games are from the same company before you decided to open your chatterbox, right? That said, this looks *much* less appealing than the first StarWarfare (which I played a lot). So I most likely will pass on this one. Too bad, I was hoping for another good game like SW...
Come on guys! We are are here to have fun looking and talking about games. Lets just all get along ...okay? I'll be happy to see this next game come out by this developer. I played the first one and loved it! If they can make the maps larger and add to their game play formula ,I'll be all over this one. Thanks
Update&Q&A Thank you all for interests. Black dawn will be released on 27th March. Reply to some concerns: 1.The game concept is like FPS Diablo, not a reskin of Alien Invasion 2.All items can be purchased by game money, easier to make money than Alien Invasion.
