To summarize, you are getting fire arrows for the bow, explosive bolts for the crossbow and bombs for throwing around at leisure.

My chief concern was that the survival mode gameplay would degenerate into a fireworks fest, but I made sure they are not too easy to produce in large numbers. You have to use them carefully and conserve your resources. Not so in creative mode, of course. I think I should rename it Destructive Mode as of today :-)

Theres one last minute feature I could not resist adding. When an inventory slot is selected for splitting (has red border), items will drop to the ground from that slot one by one, not all at once.

Custom skins and block textures are now associated with each world separately, not a global setting
Added content management screen
Explosive pickables and projectiles explode when in contact with fire, magma or explosion
Fixed https issues on Android 2.2
Removed some audio files to reduce loading times
Reenabled preloading of certain audio files on Android
When inventory slot is in split mode (red border), dropping items from it will drop them one by one, not all at once
Tweaked birds UI to escape more frequently and further away

I know this thread is years old.... but I have this game and am not very good at it..... someone gave me a magazine guide on Minecraft, and I was wondering whether it makes sense to buy Minecraft, considering I am not good at Survivalcraft.

I love this game but the wolves, lions and whatnot at my doorstep every single morning gets really stale. I liked the old simplicity of relatively safe during the day, dangerous at night. It gave going out at night an extra thrill. That sense of "I shouldn't be out here right now lol". If the reasoning is: the animals converge on your scent, then shouldn't there be a temporary measure to mask that scent from a flower or a animal extrements or something?
Sounds like a fine mechanic: find some dung for each animal you try to ward off, perhaps let us mix it in some ultra potent ward-all and mark some territory. Let's get hardcore with it.
Or the ol' jurassic park "tie-a-goat-to-a-pole" tactic.
I'm not saying smart/agressive animals are a bad thing, but lions and wolves sitting side by side outside my doorstep till morning, with a few cows carelessly meandering not 1ft away, not ripping those or eachother apart is a bit odd.

Unlesss.. It's a huge conspiracy.

Wolves hanging with cows sounds a bit wonky. I bet that will be addressed in a future update.

I haven't played in a long time, but have been impressed with the amount of content updates the dev has provided. Seems like this is a labor of love. I need to get back into this!

Yep. Can't deny his dedication and commitment to his playerbase. It's awesome. Examplinary developer. I just hope he makes some adjustments soon.

Forgot to add that its a nocturnal fish, during the night it will smell you from a long distance and come to get you. During the day its docile.

I am now tweaking the insulation/clothing/temperature combo. Basically, I am aiming for:

When out in a cold area, you need a proper fur outfit, especially when its snowing or during the night (its colder then). You can exist for some time with lighter clothes, but eventually youll freeze.
In a cold area, when hidden in a completely enclosed shelter you can just make do with your normal shirt and pants, even without a fire. Open the door and youll freeze quickly. You need the shirt/pants though, naked you die even in the shelter.
In an enclosed shelter with fire going on you can take your clothes off.
When near fire you can survive with light clothes in the open even in coldest areas.
There is a cool effect when you are freezing, Ill try to show you in one of the coming posts.

I reinstated leather drops from wolves, you can get fur from the bears:

This game needs to come out on PC / MAC as well with cloud saves! I love the game but need it on a big screen.. Would outsell Minecraft in short time!
