Well now, isn't *that* the $64,000 question...

Correction: Isn't that *still* the $64,000 question... x_X

I'm pretty sure that's on the games they make. Like they hire their own people.
Here they're just publishing it. Basically they won't do anything except take a big share of the profits and put it under their name for huge visibility. I, for one, am happy with this move. The visibility earned by being published by EA should help a great game get many more sales, so they can keep making updates.

it better be launched for $4.99 as the devs ball parked it. (very less chances of eating delayed in the qa :p)
    last we heard, I had...
4 tracks, mirrored, a delivery mode & online for $9.99 is too much & I don't want to way as much as I did for nfs:under cover :D

Ugh! Why do people still insist on making such crappy little non-tactile control "buttons" on a touchscreen device?

Why not do something like this? MUCH better! :)

Here's some screens from the iPhone version that didn't make it into the front page article, in case anyone is doubting if it will come to the iPhone:

    Australia, mate!
Because some people don't like tilt controls. And plus, you can't play games with tilt controls in public.

Jeez, score some blind-points there for not even looking at the attachment...
Try looking again... There was no mention of tilt-controls.
Firstly, it's all about much bigger touch "zones" rather than little buttons at the bottom (thereby also making the device easier to hold as well), and secondly, it's about reducing the number of places to touch.

It would be cool if they had extra features like the ability to turn on and off headlights, that would be cool in multiplayer games cause the opponent can't see you unless he is close and has his lights on, awesome if you have a secret way through the circuit :)
