I'm loving the single player skirmish mode of this but the online mode and replay feature are both messed up,
There's loads of times where you get a replay of something totally different than what actually happened and online there's something funky going on with the turns as sometimes it's like the replays and shows you something different or nothing at all.

For the single player skirmish mode alone this is worth it though

 

And this is why I've turned off auto update apps in iOS7. Hope the devs are ready for the inevitable flood of rage and 1 star reviews!

 

Yeah. Just lost 3 active games when the phone auto updated the game

 

And even if the other player has turned off auto update and has bothered to read the release not and hold off on the upgrade, they've lost those games too.

Really shoddy from the devs.

 

I was wondering if this update was going to mess up all the multiplayer games... Just like the last update.

Except the difference with this update is that there was no warning about it. Go and check the change log on iTunes, and it just says, "New stuff!" What defines new stuff? Oh, breaking games, that defines new stuff :-(

 

I was hoping that this update would allow for multiplayer games to be resumed on different devices, but sadly that is not the case.

 

The change log just says "new stuff," what is the meaning of that?

 

Can't log in online, login failed etc. tried reinstalling the game, rebooting, even did a fresh restore but nada

 

Two things I don't like about this version:the maps and the campaign.In the campaign, the AI bots seem to do the same thing everytime. Unless you really move far away. And the maps have alway been randomized IIRC-in this version, you have the same exact terrqin repeating over and over again-even the obstacles are in the same location. Meh.

My notifications for this game don't work, no more "Incoming!" notification for online games. Anyone know a fix?

 

I just recently decided to pop back into this game. The notifications do seem to be hit and miss nowadays. But the game is still fun.

 

Now FREE for the first time and for a limited time, obviously.

 

Me and my friends sometimes play this on the bus, and it's great fun!
I was thinking of buying worms 4 but I've decided not to because of the simple fact it's only 2 player multiplayer.
