If it's well done, they very well might. It's just that most gamesalad games are junk, and they give the decent ones a bad wrap...all depends on the concept, execution, and polish...
Sorry man, but I think you will struggle to find developers that will do your game idea for 60% share if you cannot offer any development contribution (are you able to contribute more than an idea?). I know as an Indie guy I actually enjoy doing my own ideas now that I am away from a company. I can't see why I would want to work on someone else's idea (doing both code and art) for a 60% cut. The Game Salad route might actually be worth considering. If you want to make games you really do need something to contribute. Sorry man.
Oh ok, I just read the earlier: and assumed you could not contribute more than ideas. If you can do art then awesome, I think you can get a programmer more interested if you have some concepts to show. Do you have any screenshot mockups? Not that showing concepts in an open forum is a good idea but maybe mention things you have already done here so someone is more inclined to message you. Personally I would want a GDD as well (so I know what work is involved and by whom)
