Its the clash of the century as the average animals take on the ogres in this adorable, peculiar, and challenging tower defense-style game. -Appadvice

A great game you can jump into and make ogres poof away in clouds of smoke. FrontTowardsGamer

I can't help but appreciate the art style. Big doe-eyed squirrels and dopey looking magical mushrooms just ooze with charm. -GameSkinny

Facebook not required

To clarify, Facebook isn't required. You can create your own game account and play w/o Facebook.

But, I tried it both ways. Facebook integration just seems to automatically associate you with other Facebook users playing the game. However there are no annoying Facebook wall posts, messages to friends, or anything like that. It just seems to know your friends and enable you to find them easily in the game. So, pretty much a good (and minimal) use of Facebook.

It's pretty fun so far, too. They seem to have packed in lots of different game play into the game, I thought it was just a tower-defense game, but there is a little city builder as well. And, some interesting social play.

So far, so good.

Does NOT need to connect to Facebook. It is an OPTION, but you can create a separate login account.

Very cool game. Similar to PVZ2, but has much more depth and variety. Good story, good graphics. Can't recommend this game highly enough.
