I'm sorry to do this, but this game didn't even merit a single star of a review never mind three and a half. Everything about it is stale and dated. The engine feels like it would have supported a healthy refresh of jazzed up art assets, and instead the game looks and feels like it is an alpha with raw placeholder data.

I don't expect every TD game to feature eye popping looks like Fieldrunners 2, but when you had a successful game from years ago a sequel should be something... more....

Hi TM2 Community! We wanted to give you a little insight into one of the features that will be in the 2.0 update: Targeting priorities.

We have added four different targeting modes, which will give you more fine grained control over how your towers individually engage the enemies.

"First" aims at the enemy closest to the sheep (what towers do before 2.0).
"Closest" aims at the enemy closest to the tower.
"Last" aims at the enemy farthest from the sheep (awesome for railgun).
"Strongest" aims at the enemy with the most maximum health (great for bosses).

Please let us know what you think!

We also love reading your feedback and suggestions. Whether you have requests for cool new features or ways to improve gameplay, we welcome you to post anytime here or on our Player Feedback Thread here: https://limbic.zendesk.com/entries/3...eedback-Thread

I wouldn't mind some sort of crutch for people who are bad at this sort of game. Maybe spend a small amount of sheep to gain extra money or do more damage? The only slippery slope is that the game might end up being balanced around this which would end up feeling like you have to pay to win. But if you keep everything at the current difficulty and slap that in, it should work.

And for anyone ready to grab their pitchfork, I did mention it's just something for those who suck and don't want to stress about winning. Think kingdom rush and their atomic bomb thing.
