      As far as I know, SE has never changed one of their classic games into freemium.

      This is true. All remasters and remakes have been Premium

      Only new spin off games have been free

      and this is a remake of Final Fantasy Adventures for gameboy

      well the graphics gave me a free 2 play rise of mana vibe but I'm happy it's gonna cost money :3

      Just saw where it will be 1400 yen and I still have 100 yen on my account so I will be getting some more before Feb 4th. Anyways that means it will be a premium game for sure!
      This is what it said:
      Adventures of Mana (聖剣伝説 -ファイナルファンタジー外伝-) will be released on February 4, 2016 for iOS/Android. It's also coming out for Vita in Japan, and will cost 1,400yen.
      So I believe that's around 14$ US dollars, same price as final fantasy tactics and chaos rings II so whatever they cost us will be the same. $14.99 verified price us pretty sure of it.

      Not a fan of those 3D graphics, artwork, and dialogues. Way too different from the original game.

      Well duh. Of course its different lol. Its a 3d remake of a 24 years old gameboy game

      I think it looks awesome.

      Found this on a website early this morning:

      Adventures of Mana will launch for iOS and Android in North America and Europe, as well as PS Vita in Japan, on February 4, Square Enix announced.

      If that is correct then it's comin us and Europe too on February 4th and with this game that doesn't surprise me!

      Wow... This is more good news. If anything, i wish they just ported Seiken Densetsu 3 instead.

      Gotta take what we can get at this point! This will be super interesting to me because it plays more like the Zelda games. I swear I had it on gameboy but just can't Remember maybe playing it will jog my memory.
      Also this game is basically a prequel to Secret of Mana believe that's the case.

      Yes Final Fantasy Adventure came out 24 years ago on Gameboy and is the game that started the mana series although completely different then the other mana games that would be released after it.
