I am. I haven't really played too much of it in the past week. Only just done the second heist in the game.

Played a bit today. The realism is bumped up slightly. You have to put money into a bank to ensure you don't lose too much when you die. Cops will chase you for driving a stolen car even if they didn't see you take it, unless you get it resprayed. You can buy a tracker which turns the car into your personal vehicle, to be used in missions, and also buy insurance to claim it back if it's stolen or destroyed. You have to use your own weapons in deathmatch, and you can purchase ammo on the betting screen before you start.

...and about a dozen other little things I learned within the first hour of playing. It's basically GTA RPG.

 

Cops chase you when you take a stolen car because all the fake people watch it happen and call the cops .
Online works perfect for me. I am on xbox 360.

Does anyone have xbox 360? Or do they have PS3 for free online play?

 

Also if you hide in shrubs/bushes. You can lose your wanted level.

 

That's normal for single player. Online, they'll chase you even if nobody saw it at the time. I guess it's reported stolen and they watch out for it.

 

Yup noticed that last night lol.
Also the 3 star wanted level in online mode is to hard lmao. Well I keep escaping, its just there are lots more cops on online then single player, also the dang heli won't stop following you.

 

Been playing GTAO for a bit. I think I'm like level 7. Only gotten to do a single death match and mission with friends, it was pretty fun.

 

Xbox or ps3?

 

I didn't pay attention to the interactions tutorial so I accidentaly killed a player.

 

Xbox. Everything is working right now, and I saw a survival mode or something. I'll probably playing tonight (it's 3PM here) with my friends. It's not that fun by your self.

Ten hours of successful GTA Onlining today. Great game. A few issues, got separated from my friend a few times, but largely functioning well for us.

 

Something I read on IGN today I wasn't aware of but GTA online filters players into groups, if you drop from jobs, rage quit, blow up other players cars etc you'll be filtered as a Bad Sport and play with other Bad Sports, same goes for Good Sports apparently.
