My biggest game is FIFA 11 at 1.05 GB. It takes a lot of micromanaging to keep this big bastard on my 8gig iPod touch, but it's worth it. And after that I have Dungeon Defenders at 588 MB, Infinity Blade at 511 MB, and Aralon at 426 MB.

    rage hd, 1.18gb
    nova 2, 1.10gb
    GT Racing, 1.02gb

Don't feel like going on, but I count 33 games over 500mb. I delete them after I finish them of course. Hooray for my 32gb 4th gen.

Not a game but I have allofwiki offline installed which must be close to five and a half gb including the datafiles.

I also have a few big games over a gb these are
    Fifa 2011 - 1.05gb
    Rage HD - 1.18gb
    GT Racing - 1.08gb
    Nova 2 - 1.10gb

So I guess it's Rage HD games wise.

FIFA 11 at 1.05, but overall LEGO: HP. It was initally 453 MB, but their two updates were both 453 MB too so it totalled to 1.3 GB.

You lucky 32 and 64 gig device owners! Lol

Gameloft's games have always been big for some reason. Even casuals ones like Castle Frenzy are close to 100mb.

Haha it's the graphics engine they use.
If you check out Bridge Odyssey and some of their other casual games, the sizes are pretty small. But their present 3d engine...ouch.
