Nice find Gabrien!
It's a shame they didn't make the iPhone version Universal, but I guess the developer need to make some money too. I'm buying this one too, for sure.
I'm just happy they finally decided to support the iPad.

I remember Wings of Fury, how does this compare to the original?

It's not a 1:1 remake. But to be honest, I much prefer this - partially because it's a little easier to play than WoF, but also because it adds more in terms of upgrades/etc - which I happened to fine more fun.

Plus, the Carrier defence mode is a nice feature for when you've only got time for a very quick game.

(Also, damn happy I'm able to throw some $$ the developer's way - spent quite a bit of time on the iPhone version, and this feels so much better on the larger iPad screens - even more so with the Mini)

+1 to this,
Glad I picked this up as I loved the original and they have done a really nice job with the HD version.
Wasn't sure it would be worth it but after playing the HD version it seems like a much better fit on iPad, the controls are nicely placed and the view is good now that you can see a lot more of the action.
