You can add Annihilate which was just released, if you like DSS. I have only played a few games so far but it's pretty decent - good controls, minimalist design, swarms of enemies and decent challenge.
From what I can tell it does not really have any sort of combo scoring system. For a game with a combo scoring system I would recommend Fireball SE again, I really enjoyed that one and it was all about the combos. For a different style, I forgot to add 247 Missiles earlier. It's basically a modern missile command score chaser. |

I will also throw in another vote for EEK!
I am usually not much of a fan of tilt controls with the iPad, but have been enjoying that one. |

Just searched it and found a lite version, so installing as I write... That comparisson sold me (on a lite version but still :P)
