Most Anticipated iPhone + iPod Touch Game of 2009?

For me it was probably Gangstar or Modern Combat followed by Hybrid but those are all out now... maybe Nova?

 

I voted Chinatown Wars, and mind you I already have it for DS (and likely will get it for PSP as well at some point down the line).

Depending on how it does, we might see more big name investment in the works. Particularly from Take 2/Rockstar. Stuff like Manhunt and Bully are possible as are the 2K Sports developed games. Since EA doesn't have an exclusive over the NFL license on mobiles like they do on the portable game systems and home consoles (this is how Gameloft could use the NFL license for their iPhone/touch game), we might get to see a sort of revenge from the old 2K Sports series. NFL 2K series >> Madden when they went head to head on the consoles.

 

Bloons TD or Rolando 3 if it has a level creator.

 

Nova. It will be awesome.

 

I voted for GTA: CW, it was awesome on the DS, I expect it to be awesome on the iPod as well.

Hopefully I won't be disappointed.

 

I gotta go with Nova and SSX.

Exactly. How the hell did you forget Eliminate??? I would say it's hands down the most anticipated game of 2009. People haven't stopped talking about it since the keynote in April..

If I'm to go with something it would have to be Ravensword: The Fallen King, though.

 

For me its Nova, GTA, C&C, Battle for Wesnoth, and Ravensword right now.
