Lol what you so mad at? There is plenty of other games to play, if the dev doesnt want to share any information on this then we will go on with other games.
ok i'll delete it .. exactly thats the point .. if a dev doesnt want to share information the development is obviously dead
Dont see the issue here. People have already mentioned a fair few bugs previously. Many apps might be released a bit early and then pulled as it might be an accident or they find major bugs after release. Happened many times before, a bit of patience and the games back again
Thought it was dead in the water, must have been a lot to fix! Anywayz here it is and for some reason now, I don't care. lol
Great! Then why bother posting to the thread? Just starting the game. Missed out when it was first released. Glad it made it back!
Finally it's out *^* I tried it but little disappointed. It could have been better if controls were better and those dungeons didn't have those fire and poison traps.
The game runs fine on my IPad mini now. The dungeons load fine. The only thing I noticed ,is that when you complete a dungeon level and go down to the next level and go up again , the level map only shows your starting position. This makes things difficult when heading back to town, if you don't have a "Return to Town scroll in your inventory. Be prepared to return to town to heal and sell items very, very often. The hunger mechanic on top of the poison and fire traps will force you to the surface time and time again. I am finding this game to be quite addicting. I killed the butcher in level 5. I found a nice melee weapon. Too bad my Mage could not use it. Always have a "Return to town scroll" on hand, in case you run into trouble. Things can turn bad in a hurry, if you are losing health , due to starvation, and you step on a fire or poison trap. I just found a ring of +6 resistance to poison and fire , and as you level up, your resistance goes up as well. Cheers!
So far I have made it to dungeon 20. I just buy some potions to protect against fire and poison and some food. For my mage , the ring to increase intelligence/HP has greatly improved the damage I do with wands and bumped my health up to 32. I usually just grind a bit in dungeon one until I can buy another 'town portal" spell and some food. Then I step into the last portal I cast , and I'm back to Dungeon 14 , in case. Cheers!
Surprised of the attention this game has received. Being a big RL fan, I can safely say this game isn't very good. Avoid even at $.99.
Honestly ScotDamn, I'm not a big fan of games where you die and have to start all over from scratch. At least, in this game , you can start again where you died and with your stats and items intact. I'm actually getting close to the end of the game. Warzack or whatever is was called, was frustrating in that you never knew what the spells did , and it was too easy to die and have to restart. I just never got anywhere with that game. I love games where you can see your character getting stronger and feel a sense of accomplishment. I love the music and pixel art. Finding that rare , cool item is also a fun part of the game. If you want a game where you die and have to start all over again, then this is not a game for you. This game has got it's hooks in me, and I plan to definitely finished this one! Thanks Also, it looks like this game has a "Hardcore" difficulty mode. Perhaps this unlocks after completing the game for the first time.
Hardcore mode can be turned on when you start a character. The fact that each level of the dungeon is a reskin of a previous makes this game fail. Also you can just go back up a floor and respawn enemies. So you have money for pots and gear. It gets repetitive quick.
Game Impressions I think that it is quite easy and simple for roguelike, but for a mobile game that's fine.
Saves have been super buggy for me. It seems to like to hold onto a single save and use it forever and ever until you reinstall.
