An amazing video on the front page caught my eye and it looks really good. I'm psyched for release. I wonder if it's been submitted yet.
As I said in the comments of the article, this game is a ripoff of a ripoff of a good game. Death Worm is one of my favorite online games (http://www.yoyogames.com/games/72097-death-worm) and it has been ripped off many times on the web, most notably by Effing Worms (who at least gave JTR credit). Though it is a copycat, I love Death Worm so much that I'll be picking this up for sure.
Did you know that JTR got permission from the creator of Death Worm? I dunno about this, but don't go ahead and say it's a ripoff.
??? JTR is the creator of Death Worm... And I'm not bashing it for being a copycat, it still looks great, I'm just saying it is a copy of JTR's Death Worm. Not saying it's bad.

The thing about Worm Food is that it is a really good game, but depending on the direction that you're traveling, up or down, whether u use the left and right buttons to move a certain direction, so it's hard to keep track. But with touch controls, you just drag your finger. I'm REALLY looking forward to this.
I don't know, but I might buy it either way, depending on how long it'll be before the actual death worm comes out.
Many games copy others - there are many canabalt clones, for example. We could thing of the worm games as a genre in itself, and the fact you can shoot fireballs or whatever it is at people it is creating its own spin as well as having different graphics and having a slower pace and being able to reach right up into the sky. Would you have not bought Luxor or Stoneloops etc because they copy Zuma? No.
