Looks good, I'll keep an eye on this, I just tried the web version and it works really well on iPad4, I'm actually really surprised as I've never played a game in my iPad browser before it works so well I can see me playing it. But will certainly look forward to an actual app version too.
Until then, if you bookmark it to your home screen through Safari it will keep it fresh in your mind. Thanks for the positive feedback!

If you have any feedback on the current iPhone/iPad functionality of FreeRiderHD.com we would love to hear it. Sounds good, would love your feedback on what we have playable for iOS on the web now: FreeRiderHD.com Performance in the browser of iOS 7 and above is quite good. The app version would just have improved offline support.
Yes it will have sounds. The web version currently does but Safari requires a "play" button to load sounds in HTML5 for some reason where web / android does not.

Friends has just been released to Free Rider HD to allow for friend vs friend competitions on a per track basis. You can give it a try on this awesome new track by Maple called Accursed Giants: http://www.freeriderhd.com/t/51594-accursed-giants We are getting close to removing Beta status on the game. If you have feedback or comments please let us know! Even though it is playable on iPhones / iPads today through Safari we will be releasing to the app store later this year.
Campaigns Released! We are getting very close to taking Free Rider HD out of beta! Last week we released Campaigns. You must be logged in to play through and complete a campaign.
