Boost 2, if you haven't played it, is a terrific tunnel racer that has a permanent place on my phone. Small file size, quick gameplay, zen-like visuals; grab it while you can if you don't already have it.

This one stays on my Idevice; it's the kind of game you can pick up after not playing it for 6 months, play for 5 minutes or an hour, and still have fun. Plus, it's a very small file and the graphics will always look great, kind of like Lumines, zone mode in one of the newer Wipeouts, or Rez. In actuality, Boost 2 was really a huge update to the first Boost. In fact, I don't the "original" is even still available to download. In any case, it also will always have a home on my iDevice. What's impressive is that in other genres, there's been plenty of games that took the original premise and made it better and then another that made it even better. This is one where, for some reason, I don't think any game has been able to improve upon it. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
