There is some very easy interactive gesture (move a ray, "you can lift and drag anywhere to ratchet") but it was impossible to proceed. I got really stuck there. As far as I remember how I managed it finally after some minutes getting to the next instruction. Spoiler You have to turn the MIRROR directly—and NOT the bolt with a swipe gesture there where the white circles indicate.
