Good thread idea. Looking forward to seeing the huge list of games down the road I usually stray away from these types of puzzle games so it'll be nice to get exposed to the cream of the crop.
My Favs: Maze or Pathfinding puzzle games: Real Maze 3D Theseus Subway Shuffle Rich Diamond Sheepish Gopher Logic and arrangement Trixel Combination Vex Marple Diablolika Robot Master LatKin 2Doku Match 3: Gemmed Puzzlings You've already got Bobby Carrot Forever and Pathpix up there, I think the Bobby Carrot Classic series is also very good.
+1 to subway shuffle and theseus what about Trism for match 3? SixSides is good also, that would go under Arrangement? And also Ivory Tiles and Shift
I'm going to leave out Trism just because I'm trying to keep this thread about puzzle games with many levels, rather than the broad category on the App Store called "Puzzle". I'll add links and sort through the games tomorrow morning.
frenzic = awesome puzzlings is OK puzzlequest is way overdue for an update but i love it blocked is frustratingly awesome pathpix is a great idea but i just don't find it exciting edit: i don't know too much yet as i just started playing it, but 'wild wild train' is seeming to be pretty awesome so far
Under Block Sliding Games should be Kitten Escape and Parking Lot. There are a few others that I can't think of atm.

Trism definitely counts. Mew2468 Trism has a set of "puzzle" levels as well as the main match 3 formula. It is definitely a "puzzle" game.
