So I grabbed Chaos Rings and I'm going to be getting Crimson Gem Saga will be next and I'm looking for a good action RPG to work into my collection.

It should have a good story, be fun to play, and ideally have a lot of replay value.

Are there any titles out right now that fit these criteria?

They're good but they're not action RPGs they're turn based RPGs.

    Oh. Hi.
Inotia 2 was really good, nice customization and a party system.

Itarus is turning out pretty nice also, but i'm not very far yet.

I'd also recommend Hybrid, it had a pretty fun fighting system, story was a bit...strange though.

I would recommend Zenonia 2, Solomon's Keep, and Underworlds. All are fairly cheap and worth it :)

inotia 2 is more turn based than action imo. You attack, enemy attacks.

does dungeon hunter fit into this?? I know some of the hardcore fans may disagree but i found it better than Zenonia 2, less grinding and more driving story.

How long is Dungeon Hunter? Does it have any replay value? It'd be cool if one had an interesting PvP system so there was some replay value.

I'd check out Necromancer Rising. It's a full 3D FPS/dungeon crawler RPG and it's actually quite fun. Menus are a little bit hard to get used to, but the rest of it is amazing. About 40-60 hours of gameplay (depending on skills, items, and if your a completionist) and thousands of weapons. Check out the lite version if nothing else. :)

    i will say zenonia2 better than inotia2
i have own games and i feel inotia2 is too random of the item dropping and is really bored. the difficulty is quite hard too, need to keep girding to get stronger

zenonia2 is more casual and is really easy to "pickup-and-play"

dungeon hunter is quite short, u can finish it in a few hours, but the gameplay is ok.

Underworlds and Dungeon Hunter aren't bad Diablo clones, sort of.

Ravensword and Crusader Destiny are ok, 3D action RPG. The second requires a bit of grinding but last updates have reduced the problem.

Knights of the Phantom Castle isn't really a RPG, but it really feel like an action RPG. It's like Syndicate with a Fantasy RPG mood. It is currently in Sales so it's a good opportunity. But it's not the perfect game and some points would benefit of more polishing. But despite the flaws I like it a lot. You can see it like a party action RPG with a tiny story.

Also I have to pinpoint that for now I'm stuck with second boss a bit before half of the game.

    I liked
Dark Shrine 3D (it´s really long)
    and
Imprisoned! (but seems not compatible with iOS4 yet. Devs said they work on it.)

Solomons Keep is actually Dual Stick shooter with RPG and a must have, IMHO.

Wait for Arlon: Sword and Shadow which will be out by Xmas. It is a free roam third person RPG that is going to have incredible graphics and up to 30 hours of gameplay. Price is still unknown however so expect it to be expensive.
